N2  - This research aims to analyze religious social rehabilitation and its impact on the social transformation of drug abuse rehabilitation clients at Pondok Tetirah Dzikir Yogyakarta. The primary focus of this research is to examine the spiritual transformation process experienced by rehabilitation clients during their rehabilitation program. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research subjects consist of five rehabilitation clients with diverse backgrounds of drug abuse. The findings indicate that the religious social rehabilitation program at Pondok Tetirah Dzikir significantly impacts the spiritual transformation of rehabilitation clients, as reflected in the strengthening of faith, enhancement of ritual worship practices, transformation of moral values, changes in life meaning, improvement of spiritual intelligence, strengthening of spiritual resilience, and formation of supportive spiritual communities. This spiritual transformation proves to play an essential role in supporting recovery from drug addiction and assisting rehabilitation clients in building healthier and more meaningful lives. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of spiritual-religious approaches in drug rehabilitation as a complement to conventional methods that focus more on medical and psychological aspects
