One of the challenges that arise is the decline in student learning motivation after the implementation of Distance Learning (PJJ). Therefore, this study aims to analyse teachers' interpersonal communication in increasing the learning motivation of students with disabilities in Face to Face Learning (PTM) at SLB Negeri 1 Sambiroto, Ngawi, after the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal and three teachers who teach in the tunagrahita class. The results showed that teachers' interpersonal communication plays an important role in increasing the learning motivation of students with disabilities through five main elements, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitudes, positive attitudes, and equality. Teachers apply various reinforcements, both verbal and nonverbal, including giving privileges and gifts as a form of appreciation for students' achievements. As a result, effective interpersonal communication has proven to be a key factor in reviving the learning motivation of students with disabilities in the post pandemic era.
