        abstract = {This study aims to determine how much influence intellectual capital has on the performance of librarians at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all active members of the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University Library. The sample in this study used the Yamane formula so that 100 respondents were obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The validity test used the Pearson Bivariate correlation formula, while the reliability test used the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between intellectual capital on the performance of librarians at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, so that the constant coefficient of variable Y, namely librarian performance in column B, is 90.483, and the coefficient of variable X, namely intellectual capital in column B is 0.466, so the regression equation Y = 90.483 + 0.466X. This research is expected to provide input to librarians at the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University Library to improve intellectual capital and librarian performance in order to improve quality in serving library users.}
