        abstract = {This research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) users at the Magelang Regency Library and Archives Service using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method which consists of seven sub-variables, namely content, form, ease of use, and timeliness, system reliability, and system speed. This research uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach using a single variable, namely OPAC user satisfaction. The population of this study was visitors to the Magelang Regency Library and Archives Service during 2023 with a total of 40,923 people, while the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Sampling used accidental sampling technique. The validity test in this research uses the product moment and the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. Data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques use mean and grand mean. The results of the research show that OPAC user satisfaction with the content sub-variable is categorized as very good with a score of 3.30, the formatsub-variabel is categorized as good with a score of 3.21, the accuracy sub variable is categorized as good with a score of 3.06, the ease of use sub variable is categorized as very good with a score of 3.27, the timeliness sub variable is categorized as good with a score of 3.06, the system reliability sub-variable is categorized as good with a score of 3.00, the system speed sub-variable is categorized as good with a score of 3.19. Then it can be concluded that the satisfaction of OPAC users at the Magelang Regency Library and Archives Service is satisfied with the average value of the seven sub-variables of 3.15 and falls into the interval value of 2.50 ? 3.24 and is classified as satisfied.}
