The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The analysis method employs SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees. WLB does not moderate the relationship between workload and the performance of female employees. However, WLB does moderate the effect of work stress on the performance of female employees.} }
