The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The analysis method employs SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees. WLB does not moderate the relationship between workload and the performance of female employees.
