%T PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PENGANGGARAN, PENYAJIAN LAPORAN PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS OPD KOTA YOGYAKARTA
%X This study aims to analyze the influence of budget participation, presentation of accountability reports and leadership style on the accountability of OPD in Yogyakarta City. This study is quantitative. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques or methods and obtaining data of 106 respondents through distributing questionnaires to employees in local government organizations in Yogyakarta City. The collected data was processed using SmartPLS 4. From the hypothesis testing by SmartPLS 4, it shows that budget participation and presentation of accountability report have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of OPD in Yogyakarta City. While leadership style does not affect the accountability of OPD in Yogyakarta City.
