Kurios Utama. The organizational communication climate reflects the communication atmosphere formed within the organization and plays an important role in supporting the achievement of employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 139 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results show that the organizational communication climate has a significant influence on employee work productivity, contributing 73\%, while the remaining 27\% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this study. These findings indicate that aspects such as trust, information openness, participation in decision-making, and attention to shared organizational goals are important factors in improving work productivity.} }
