"Prosocial behavior is very important to possess as it is closely related to\r\ndaily life, which involves social interaction, that is, actions that have a positive\r\nimpact on others. However, in reality, not all prosocial behaviors emerge in\r\nchildren, as evidenced by low empathy, difficulty cooperating, unwillingness to\r\nshare, etc. Prosocial behavior in children is influenced by several factors including\r\nattachment and parenting styles. Therefore, children require secure attachment and\r\npositive parenting for their prosocial behavior to develop optimally. This study aims\r\nto determine the effect of attachment and dual-career family parenting both partially\r\nand simultaneously on the prosocial behavior of preschool children at IT Salsabila\r\nAl-Muthi’in Kindergarten.\r\nThe correlational quantitative research method is used in this study with a\r\nnon-probability sampling technique, which does not provide equal opportunities for\r\neach member of the population. The number of samples is 80 parents as respondents\r\nthrough purposive sampling who have dual career family criteria. The research\r\ninstrument for data collection using an online google form questionnaire that has\r\nprovided answer choices. Then the data analysis technique is multiple linear\r\nregression with data from the Likert scale.\r\nThe results of this study indicate that: 1) Partially, attachment has a positive\r\nand significant effect of 19.9% on the prosocial behavior of early childhood at TK\r\nIT Salsabila Al-Muthi’in. 2) Family dual-career parenting also has a significant\r\neffect of 10.5% on the prosocial behavior of early childhood at TK IT Salsabila Al-\r\nMuthi’in. 3) Simultaneously, attachment and family dual-career parenting have a\r\nsignificant effect (0.000 < 0.05) on the prosocial behavior of early childhood at TK\r\nIT Salsabila Al-Muthi’in with a coefficient of determination of 30,4%."^^ .
