The main purpose of this research is to develop a syaksiyah islamiyah-based social attitude instrument for Elementary / MI Students and test its feasibility, practicality, validity and reliability. This research used the type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model with 5 stages of development including analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects of this study were parents of VI grade students totaling 20. The data collection technique used interviews, questionnaire documentation. The analysis technique used quantitative data analysis using two ways, namely the validity and reliability test of the instrument using SPSS 22. The results of this study: 1) The development of a Syaksiyah Islamiyah-based Social Attitude Instrument for VI grade elementary / MI students developed using the ADDIE method, which resulted in a product worthy of use for parents of students in conducting assessments. 2) The feasibility of the product Syaksiyah Islamiyah- Based Social Attitude Instrument for VI grade elementary / MI students is obtained from the assessment results of 2 experts and 1 teacher assessor. Instrument experts obtained an average score of 88%. Material experts obtained an average of 86%, and teacher assessors obtained 81%. Based on 2 scores obtained with an average score of 81%. Based on the three experts obtained an average score up to 81 included in the category very feasible. 3) The practicality of using Syaksiyah Islamiyah-based Social Attitude instrument products is assessed by teachers and parents. The score obtained from the teacher assessment was an average of 83%. The score obtained from the parents assessment was an average of 81%. 4) The validity results of the large-scale trial of the first test of the Likert scale, with an average result of 0.755 (high validity), and the validity results of the large-scale trial of the second test of the Likert scale, with an average result of 0.600 (High Validity). The results of the validity of the first large-scale test, students on the first scale test 0.936 the second scale with a value of 0.946. The results obtained above concluded that the instrument has high reliability.
