The values of Piil Pesenggikhi are an essential part of the Lampung people's culture and identity, encompassing concepts such as honor, self-respect, compassion, and etiquette in social life. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to understand what constitutes the cultural identity of the Lampung people through an analysis of the Piil Pesenggikhi values. It also aims to examine the parental learning processes involving these values to support the moral and socioemotional development of early childhood, as well as the efforts undertaken to preserve and revitalize Piil Pesenggikhi within the Lampung community. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The study was conducted in the villages of Pardasuka, Tanjung Khusia, and Limau in Lampung. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Interviews were conducted with parents, traditional leaders, and educators involved in the transmission of Piil Pesenggikhi values. Observations were carried out to understand parent-child interactions in everyday life, as well as community participation in local cultural activities. The data analysis employed Albert Bandura?s social learning theory, Lawrence Kohlberg?s theory of moral development, Erik Erikson?s psychosocial theory, along with other supporting theories. Subsequently, the data were analyzed, generalized, presented, and concluded. The results of the study show that Piil Pesenggikhi values play a significant role in shaping cultural identity, moral character, and positive socio-emotional behavior. These values include concepts such as Juluk Adok (having a good name and being exemplary), Nemui Nyimah (hospitality), Nengah Nyappur (social interaction), and Sakai Sambayan (mutual assistance). Effective learning processes involve parental role modeling to foster habitual positive behaviors based on Piil Pesenggikhi values, as well as active community involvement in local cultural activities, such as traditional ceremonies, cultural festivals, and participatory decision-making forums. Parents who actively teach these values through good communication, consistent modeling, and habituation tend to raise children who are better able to internalize and practice Piil Pesenggikhi values in their lives, contributing to their moral and social development. This includes an introduction to Lampung's traditional culture, empathy, emotional regulation, respect for others, proper behavior, and engagement in caring activities for others. However, the study also identifies major challenges faced by the Lampung community in preserving Piil Pesenggikhi values. The influence of foreign cultures through mass media, social media, and information technology, along with urbanization that alters traditional lifestyles, poses a serious threat to the sustainability of local cultural values. Therefore, efforts are needed to revitalize Piil Pesenggikhi values through family and communitybased education. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for parents, educators, the indigenous Lampung community, and local government in developing effective strategies to preserve and pass down noble cultural values to future generations, ensuring their continuity from one generation to the next} }
