abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of library service quality on user satisfaction at Cokroaminoto University of Yogyakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 active students from the 2021 cohort, using an incidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that the quality of library services has a significant effect on user satisfaction. A regression coefficient value of 0.712 indicates a positive relationship— the better the services provided, the higher the level of user satisfaction. A significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, confirms that this influence is statistically significant. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.546 means that 54.6% of user satisfaction is influenced by the quality of library services, while the remaining percentage is attributed to other factors not examined in this study.
