Simbok Sireng, a local wisdom-based enterprise contributing significantly to the preservation of traditional herbal medicine, currently lacks an integrated supply chain system, with most production processes still relying on manual and traditional methods. The highly fluctuating costs of key ingredients for beras kencur necessitate a comprehensive risk assessment and value chain evaluation to ensure business continuity. The House of Risk (HOR) analysis identified nine risk agents, with the highest Aggregate Risk Priority (ARP) value of 192 stemming from the absence of proper records on raw material inventory and transactions. Preventive action s were then applied, reducing the risks to seven prioritized agents in HOR Phase II. These actions included manual stock recording, identifying alternative traders in the Imogiri region, using transparent containers to monitor stock levels, and establishing partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply quality and pricing. Concurrently, value chain analysis based on Porter?s framework revealed that most business activities at Simbok Sireng are conducted independently, using basic tools. The margin analysis further indicated that increasing the product price from Rp 8,000 to Rp 9,000 could improve profit margin s by approximately 4\% per production cycle. Overall, the implementation of preventive action s based on HOR analysis has encouraged better monitoring practices among Simbok Sireng. Combined with improvements from the value chain analysis, these strategies are expected to enhance supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.} }
