This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving students, guidance teachers, and the complex management. The results of the study indicate that the interest and talent guidance program has been implemented in stages and consistently in accordance with the stages set out in the theory, the needs identification stage, the diagnosis and analysis stage, the service or intervention stage, and the evaluation and follow-up stage. Although the guidance implementers do not come from a background as Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers, the approach applied remains effective in identifying and developing student potential. Program evaluation is carried out simply through direct observation, activity reports, and teacher diaries. This program has been proven to have a positive impact on the development of skills, morals, and student achievement. Students also showed behavioral changes and improved enthusiasm for learning as a result of the guidance they received %K Bimbingan Minat, Bakat, Potensi Diri Siswa %D 2025 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib71417
