Improving quality in terms of both production and results, is an additional point for broadcast media to attract more audiences. The success of Indonesiana.TV as a digital television can be seen in terms of proper management. Especially in the era of media convergence that supports content integration between platforms. This study aims to determine the management of Indonesiana.TV broadcast media management in the era of media convergence. This study uses media management and media convergence theory with qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that Indonesiana.TV applies four management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising in its media management. In addition, the application of five types of convergence, such as ownership convergence, tactical convergence, structural convergence, information gathering convergence, and storytelling convergence has also been seen since the beginning of Indonesiana.TV's formation.
