The approach used in this study is quantitative with the classroom action research type (Classroom Action Research). This research model refers to the Kemmis and McTaggart models. The subject of the study was 25 learners of MTsS Nahdlatul Wathan. The data collection methods used are scale, observation, and interviews. The instruments used are career readiness scale, observation guidelines, and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique by using a percentage. The results of the study showed that the readiness of the learners can be improved through group guidance in the form of career tree activities, mini workshops, and focus group discussion. The increase can be seen from the Wilcoxon test data analysis showing the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a significant increase in career readiness after action is given. The increase can also be seen from pre-test results of 44% of learners in high categories to 72% of learners in high categories after being given action and post-test. Other improvements also supported by observation results in the form of learners starting to understand the steps to prepare for their career readiness, as well as the importance of majors in advanced schools. %Z Moh.
