"The study aims to improve the career readiness of learners,\r\nespecially the VIII MTsS Nahdlatul Wathan class.\r\nThe approach used in this study is quantitative with the classroom\r\naction research type (Classroom Action Research). This research model\r\nrefers to the Kemmis and McTaggart models. The subject of the study was\r\n25 learners of MTsS Nahdlatul Wathan. The data collection methods used\r\nare scale, observation, and interviews. The instruments used are career\r\nreadiness scale, observation guidelines, and interview guidelines. The data\r\nanalysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique by using a\r\npercentage.\r\nThe results of the study showed that the readiness of the learners can\r\nbe improved through group guidance in the form of career tree activities,\r\nmini workshops, and focus group discussion. The increase can be seen from\r\nthe Wilcoxon test data analysis showing the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <\r\n0.05 which means there is a significant increase in career readiness after\r\naction is given. The increase can also be seen from pre-test results of 44%\r\nof learners in high categories to 72% of learners in high categories after\r\nbeing given action and post-test. Other improvements also supported by\r\nobservation results in the form of learners starting to understand the steps\r\nto prepare for their career readiness, as well as the importance of majors\r\nin advanced schools."^^ .
