Baitul Maal Nurul Ashri Deresan Yogyakarta has implemented strategies such as transparency of reports on social media and existing programs to strengthen the trust and comfort of muzakki. This study aims to analyze the implementation of this trust-building strategy in order to increase muzakki loyalty and the effectiveness of zakat management. This study uses a case study approach at Baitul Maal Nurul Ashri Deresan Yogyakarta. Primary data were collected through interviews with administrators, while secondary data came from document archives. Collection techniques include interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out systematically to identify elements of strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study succeeded in finding the Integration of the components of Strategy Theory and Trustism Principles which were then supported by indicators that were proven to be effective in building muzakki trust. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in digitalization and transparency, weaknesses in legality and reporting, opportunities to increase muzakki legality, and threats of dependence on external partners. Meanwhile, this study recommends strengthening legality, improving reporting quality, and maintaining open communication. With a structured strategy, Baitul Maal Nurul Ashri Deresan Yogyakarta can increase muzakki loyalty and the sustainability of the zakat program. %Z Munif Solihan, MPA
