%X This study aims to analyze the effect of the Human Development Index (HDI) and Economic Growth on the poverty rate in Lampung Province in the period 2017 to 2023. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS).  The results showed that HDI has a negative and significant effect on poverty, where every 1% increase in HDI can reduce the number of poor people by 6124 people. Meanwhile, economic growth shows a negative but insignificant effect on poverty. The open unemployment rate has a positive and significant effect on poverty, where every 1% increase in unemployment can increase the number of poor people by 1084. On the other hand, population also has a negative and significant effect on poverty.  Overall, this study concludes that efforts to improve the quality of human resources and reduce unemployment are very important in overcoming poverty in Lampung Province. This research is expected to contribute to the development of economic and social policies that are more effective in alleviating poverty.
