This study analyzes four factors that influence poverty rates in districts and cities in West Java during the 2018-2023 period, using data from the Central Statistics Agency. Using the panel data regression analysis method through the Fixed Effect Model, the research produced several important findings.. Per capita GRDP has been shown to significantly reduce poverty rates. Interestingly, the Human Development Index has no significant effect on poverty. Meanwhile, the increase in the Regency/City Minimum Wage actually increased poverty rates significantly. Likewise, the high Open Unemployment Rate significantly increased poverty in districts and cities in West Java during the period. %Z Dr. Sunaryati, S.E., M,Si
