N2  - This study aims to determine the Effect of Self Regulation, Work Interest and Financial Literacy on Students' Work Readiness. The object of this study is Islamic Banking students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Using multiple regression analysis tested with SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially self regulation, work interest, have a significant effect on work. While the financial literacy variable does not have a significant effect on work readiness. While simultaneously self regulation, work interest, and financial literacy have a significant effect on work readiness.
