Data from this study were taken through questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BTN Syariah Yogyakarta. The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the IBM SPSS version 27 application. The data from this study indicate that work ethics and religiosity have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This indicates that the higher the work ethics and religiosity possessed by employees, the better the performance produced. Meanwhile, work motivation does not show a positive and significant influence on employee performance, which means that increasing work motivation in the context of this study does not directly contribute to improving employee performance. This finding confirms that in the context of Islamic financial institutions such as Bank BTN Syariah Yogyakarta, the values of work ethics and religiosity have a more dominant role in driving employee performance.
