This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS software version 26. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and a sample of 32 respondents was obtained. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. As for partially, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, BPRS Al-Mabrur Klaten is expected to continue to strengthen a positive organizational culture, increase employee commitment to the organization, and foster a high work ethic so that employee performance can continue to be improved sustainably.
