This research uses case studies at Bank at Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling method with 80 respondents. Primary data was analyzed using Smart-PLS with descriptive analysis techniques, outer model tests, and inner model tests. The results show that green recruitment, green training \& development, and green employee relations have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement in Islamic banks. These findings can be a reference for companies, educational institutions, and students in understanding the Green HRM factors that influence employee engagement in Islamic banking.} }
