This research uses case studies at Bank at Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling method with 80 respondents. Primary data was analyzed using Smart-PLS with descriptive analysis techniques, outer model tests, and inner model tests. The results show that green recruitment, green training & development, and green employee relations have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement in Islamic banks.
