The background of this research is based on the importance of students' work readiness in facing the challenges of the workforce, particularly in the rapidly growing Islamic banking sector. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 178 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments were developed based on Savickas' theory of career adaptability, Luthans' concept of psychological capital, and Fitriyanto's concept of work interest. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results show that partially, the three independent variables career adaptability, psychological capital, and work interest have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence students' work readiness. This study implies that students’ work readiness can be enhanced through the development of career adaptability, strong psychological capital, and high work interest. Therefore, higher education institutions are expected to design continuous soft skills development and career guidance programs %Z Farid Hidayat, S.H., M.S.I.
