%X This study aims to analyze the influence of Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy on employee performance at Bank BJB Syariah Bekasi Branch with Work Environment as a moderating variable. The research method used involved distributing questionnaires to all employees as research samples. The results showed that Locus of Control and Self-Efficacy have an influence on employee performance, and Work Environment can strengthen the relationship. This study is expected to provide benefits for bank management in improving employee performance through strengthening psychological factors and a conducive work environment.
