The problem to be described in this study is the importance of the role of psychological strength, namely resilience in dealing with work pressure. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool which is then processed using SPSS version 30. The respondents obtained were 39 employees working at Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta and all of them are used as samples or known as saturated samples. Respondents consisted of 46.2% male and 53.8% female, with an age range of 22-42 years. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between social support (0.006 <0.05) and job satisfaction (0.031 <0.05) on employee resilience levels. While the self-esteem variabel (0.588> 0.05) does not show any effect on employee resilience levels. The implications of this study indicate the importance of building a positive and supportive work environment and meeting the basic needs of employees to help improve employee psychological resilience. %Z Drs.
