Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that job rotation and compensation have no significant partial effect, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence performance. The findings highlight the importance of a supportive work environment in enhancing employee performance in the Islamic banking sector. %Z Dr. Ruspita Rani Pertiwi, S. Psi., M.M
