Psi., M.M %T PENGARUH ROTASI KERJA, KOMPENSASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK MUAMALAT KCU YOGYAKARTA %X This study analyzes the effects of job rotation, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that job rotation and compensation have no significant partial effect, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence performance.
