This research uses a quantitative method and uses a multiple linear regression analysis model using SPSS 25.0 software. This research involved all employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah headquarter located on Jl. Magelang, sample with 35 respondents selected using simple random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Bank BPD DIY Syariah of 25,8\% with a significance level 0,000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05. Internal communication has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance at Bank BPD DIY Syariah of 6,7\% with a significance level of 0,381 {\ensuremath{>}} 0,05. Conflict resolution has a significant positive effect on employee performance at Bank BPD DIY Syariah of 24,6\% with a significance level 0,003 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05. Job involvement has a significant negative effect on employee performance at Bank BPD DIY Syariah of -12,6\% with a significance level of 0,040 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05.} }
