A quantitative approach was employed by integrating two theoretical models: the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Information System Success Model. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with criteria targeting Generation Z individuals residing in DIY who had used fintech at least once. A total of 229 respondents were collected using online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms through social media, and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The analysis results showed that 8 out of 12 hypotheses were accepted: perceived ease of use, system quality, and information quality had an influence on perceived usefulness, while perceived security and service quality did not. On the other hand, perceived ease of use, information quality, and service quality influenced satisfaction, whereas perceived security and system quality did not. Moreover, the study found that perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly influenced continuance intention. These findings can serve as a reference for fintech companies to improve quality of fintech application and achieve long-term success.
