The methodology used in this study uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling data collection techniques by applying Purposive Sampling techniques. The results showed that the Islamic banking knowledge variable had a positive and significant effect on interest in working, the financial incentive variable had a positive and significant effect on interest in working, and the labor market consideration variable had a positive and significant effect on interest in working. In this study, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on interest in working at an Islamic Bank. This research only focuses on students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, therefore to produce comprehensive research for future researchers to expand the sample coverage to students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business throughout Yogyakarta.
