Using a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method and SEM-PLS analysis techniques, this study shows that the three independent variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the study provide important implications for Islamic bank management in improving employee welfare and performance through strengthening work-life balance, self-control, and a positive work culture.
