The object of this research is employees ofBank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample technique used is total sampling or saturated sample. Using multiple regression analysis tested with SPSS version 30. The results of research show that partially transformational leadership style and organizational communication patterns have a negative and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Transformational leadership style and organizational communication patterns have a positive and significant effect on extrinsic motivation. Organizational communication patterns cannot moderate the transformational leadership style on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. While simultaneously all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.} }
