The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS software version 23. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Primary data in this research was obtained from respondents. The sample used was 40 respondents. The results of this research show that simultaneously the work environment, workload, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, workload and compensation have no effect on employee job satisfaction. These findings show the importance of creating a supportive and conducive work environment to improve employee job satisfaction. Therefore, the management of BTN Syariah Yogyakarta is advised to continue to improve the quality of the work environment to encourage employee performance and retention %Z Jauhar Faradis, S.H.I., M.A.
