N2  - This study aims to analyze the effect of the Russia-Ukraine war, inflation, and GDP on firm value by considering Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2020-2023. This study uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data from the company's annual report and the Central Bureau of Statistics. Panel data is used to analyze the data. The results of the F test in this finding show that the Russia-Ukraine war, inflation, GDP, independent commissioners, leverage, company size, and ROA have a significant effect on firm value. While the T test in this finding explains that the Russia-Ukraine war has a significant negative impact on firm value. Inflation and GDP have a significant positive impact on firm value. Independent commissioners can strengthen the relationship between the Russian-Ukrainian war and firm value. Meanwhile, independent commissioners weaken the relationship between inflation and GDP on firm value
