%X This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of foreign exchange ownership in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, whether foreign exchange management is said to be efficient and what are the recommendations for more efficient foreign exchange ownership. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The method used in this research is quantitative using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with the assumption of Constans Retruns to Scale (CRS) processed using DEAP 2.1 software. The input variable of this research is Foreign Exchange while the output variable is Profitability with the ratio of Return on Asset (ROA), Liquidity with the ratio Current ratio (CR) and solvency with the ratio Debt to Asset ratio (DAR). The results showed that of the 12 sample companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there were 8 companies that reached the maximum efficiency level and 4 companies that had not reached the maximum efficiency level. To improve the efficiency of foreign exchange holdings in companies that have not reached the Maximum Efficiency level, it is necessary to evaluate and improve strategies by implementing more effective currency risk management through appropriate Hedging instruments. In addition, optimizing the use of foreign exchange is also important so that it is not idle and causes opportunity loss, by allocating it more productively to support the company's operational activities
