abstract: This study aims to examine the factors that influence the success of Sharia securities crowdfunding (SCF) in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative analysis method using a sample of 132 offerings published on the Shafiq platform. The data were processed and analyzed using binary logistic regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results of the study indicate that the variables number of investors and social media presence have a positive and significant effect on the success of SCF offerings. Meanwhile, the funding target variable has a negative and significant effect. In contrast, the variables rate of return and payback period are found to have no significant effect on the success of Sharia SCF offerings on the Shafiq platform.
