Research on job satisfaction remains a compelling topic among scholars. Efforts to improve employee job satisfaction are closely linked to the application of effective leadership styles. Transformational leadership is an approach that can inspire, motivate, and empower employees. This study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee job satisfaction at PT. Mantul Kuliner Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative correlational, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Mantul Kuliner Indonesia. The measurement scales used were adapted from established job satisfaction and transformational leadership scales. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation tests. The results of the study show a positive relationship between transformational leadership style and employee job satisfaction. These findings indicate that the higher the implementation of transformational leadership, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction tends to be.
