In this context, adaptability becomes a crucial aspect of long-term career development. Generation Z, which is now entering the workforce, is required to possess a high level of career adaptability to navigate the increasingly dynamic work environment. This study aims to examine the relationship between work values and self-efficacy with career adaptability among generation z workers in Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative correlational method. The sample consisted of individuals born between 1997 and 2012 who had been working for at least six months and resided in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The sampling technique used convenience sampling. The instruments used the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) to measure career adaptability, the work values scale based on Twenge et al. (2010), and the General Self-Efficacy Scale 12 developed by Bosscher \& Smith (1998). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with Jamovi version 2.6.17. The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, indicating a significant positive relationship between work values and self-efficacy with career adaptability, with a contribution of 49.1\%. Furthermore, the minor hypotheses were also accepted, with both work values and self-efficacy showing significant results at p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001. This study is expected to provide a contribution for Generation Z workers by promoting the development of an open mindset, continuous growth, and appreciation of work as part of the learning process.} }
