In this context, adaptability\r\nbecomes a crucial aspect of long-term career development. Generation Z, which is\r\nnow entering the workforce, is required to possess a high level of career adaptability\r\nto navigate the increasingly dynamic work environment. This study aims to\r\nexamine the relationship between work values and self-efficacy with career\r\nadaptability among generation z workers in Yogyakarta. This research employed a\r\nquantitative correlational method. The sample consisted of individuals born\r\nbetween 1997 and 2012 who had been working for at least six months and resided\r\nin the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The sampling technique used\r\nconvenience sampling. The instruments used the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale\r\n(CAAS) to measure career adaptability, the work values scale based on Twenge et\r\nal. (2010), and the General Self-Efficacy Scale 12 developed by Bosscher & Smith\r\n(1998). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with Jamovi\r\nversion 2.6.17. The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted,\r\nindicating a significant positive relationship between work values and self-efficacy\r\nwith career adaptability, with a contribution of 49.1%. Furthermore, the minor\r\nhypotheses were also accepted, with both work values and self-efficacy showing\r\nsignificant results at p < 0.001. This study is expected to provide a contribution for\r\nGeneration Z workers by promoting the development of an open mindset,\r\ncontinuous growth, and appreciation of work as part of the learning process."^^ .
