The range of human resources management system consist of many\r\naspects such as staffing, work evaluation, training and development,\r\nremuneration, health management, career laddering, reward, and many other\r\naspects. One of the rewards of the performance of an employee is a promotion.\r\nAs a reward for their performance, an employee has the right to get a\r\npromotion for his position. In order to get a promotion, an employee has to fulfill\r\nthe requirements that have been set before. One of the requirements for a\r\npromotion in PT. X is SMK (Sistem Manajemen Kinerja/Performance\r\nManagement System) score, position training, and other ducuments related to\r\npromotion process. The checking process of the score and document of the\r\nemployee for promotion purposes will take time if ther is no system that will help\r\nthe management of the promotion process of the employee. Therefore, a computer\r\nbased system is needed to help the score checking, position training, and\r\nemployee document so that the process of promotion is faster and more accurate.\r\nHuman resources document archive system for promotion purposes can be\r\nthe solution for a faster and more efficient promotion process of employees.
