The Yogyakarta City Environmental Service seeks to increase public awareness of environmental cleanliness, especially in the context of the "Mbah Dirjo" Movement, namely Processing Waste and Garbage with Jogja-style Biopores. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The focus of this study is on how the public relations campaign strategy of the "Mbah Dirjo" Movement carried out by the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service in minimizing waste in Yogyakarta. The results of the study show that the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service uses a public relations campaign strategy used by the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service using publicity strategy, persuasion strategy, image strategy, and argumentation strategy. This campaign process also involves campaign actors with relevant expertise, such as waste bank activists and community leaders to build wider public participation. The implementation of the campaign that combines conventional and digital media has succeeded in increasing public understanding and involvement in waste management issues.
