This research is an R\&D (Research and Development) research using the ADDIE research model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The products in this study were assessed using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire sheet.checklist. The product is evaluated by 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 3 peer reviewer, 1 biology teacher, and 15 responses from class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. The final result of this study is a printed module with an AR marker that can be scanned usingsmartphone to access objectsAugmented Reality (AR) on virus material. The results of the product quality assessment that has been assessed by material experts obtained an ideal percentage of 86.7\%, media experts obtained an ideal percentage of 82\%,peer reviewer get an ideal percentage of 99\%, biology teachers get an ideal percentage of 84\%, and student responses get an ideal percentage of 91\%, all five get an ideal percentage with a very good category. Based on the results of the product quality assessment, it can be concluded that the product is suitable for use as a biology learning medium for grade X SMA/MA students.} }
