This study aims to: find out the developing process of interactive biology-islamic e-module on biodiversity material as a learning media for SMA/MA students, find out the quality of interactive biology-islamic e-module on biodiversity material as a learning media for SMA/MA students, and, determine students response to the interactive biology-islamic e-module on biodiversity material as a learning media for SMA/MA students. This research refers to development research (R&D) that applying the 4D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate), but limited to the develop stage only. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and questionnaire sheet. The instrument used for collecting data is a validation questionnaire sheet and a questionnaire sheet for students' response to the product. E-module was validated by 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 5 peer reviewers, and 1 biology teacher. After that, a limited trial was carried out on 15 students of class X MAN 4 Bantul to find out the students response of the product. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive techniques, both qualitatively and quantitatively so that conclusions could be formed regarding the quality of the e-module.
