This study aims to identify the varieties of chili found in the Agrotourism area of Turi, develop an e-booklet of chili varieties as a biology learning resource for senior high schools (SMA/MA), and determine the quality of the developed e-booklet. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a descriptive-exploratory method and the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), limited to the Develop stage. The inventory results identified seven chili varieties: rawit ori, rawit gorga, green curly chili, red curly chili, green curly elektra, red curly elektra, and katokkon chili. The e-booklet was assessed using a quality assessment questionnaire and validated by one subject matter expert, one media expert, five peer reviewers, one biology teacher, and fifteen tenth-grade students from SMA Negeri 1 Turi. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The evaluation results showed that the e-booklet received a "Good" rating from the subject matter expert (74.17%) and a "Very Good" rating from the media expert (87.89%), peer reviewers (91.16%), biology teacher (95.73%), and students (93.58%). It can be concluded that the e-booklet on chili variety inventory in the Agrotourism area of Turi, developed using a descriptive-exploratory approach and the 4D development model, is highly suitable to be used as a biology learning resource for senior high school students. %Z Annisa Firanti S.Pd.Si., M.Pd
