description: This study is motivated by the importance of instilling  noble character and the spirit of tolerance from an early age.  Children need to be introduced to these values through  engaging learning media that align with their developmental  stages and incorporate local cultural elements. Therefore, this  research aims to develop the „Megafest Lupis Raksasa‟ media  and examine its feasibility and effectiveness in enhancing noble  character and tolerance in early childhood.  This research employs the Research and Development  (R&D) method using the Borg & Gall development model,  which consists of several stages: preliminary research, planning,  initial product development, limited trials, extensive trials,  revision, and final product development. The research subjects  were early childhood students in Group A of RAM NU  Karangsari Karanganyar Pekalongan. Feasibility testing was  conducted through validation by material experts, media  experts, and user trials (teachers and students). Data were  collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and  child development assessment instruments, then analyzed using  quantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques.  The research findings indicate that the „Megafest Lupis  Raksasa‟ media was developed based on a needs analysis and  has been proven to be engaging and suitable for early childhood  development. This media integrates local cultural elements  through games that encourage sharing, cooperation, and  responsibility among children. The validation results from  material experts, media experts, and users confirm that this  media is highly feasible for use. The material expert evaluation  resulted in a score of 38 (95%) in the “Excellent” category, the  media expert evaluation resulted in a score of 37 (92.5%), and  the user validation (PAUD teachers) achieved a score of 39  (97.5%), indicating that the media is effective in supporting  moral and tolerance education for children. The effectiveness  test demonstrated a significant improvement in children's  character development. In a limited trial with 7 children, the  results for the self-awareness and cooperation aspects showed  that 3 children developed as expected (BSH) and 4 children  developed very well (BSB). In the extensive trial with 14  children, the results for self-awareness and cooperation showed  that 4 children developed as expected (BSH) and 10 children  developed very well (BSB).  Based on these results, it can be concluded that the  „Megafest Lupis Raksasa‟ media is effective and feasible for  use as a local culture-based learning medium to instill noble  character and the spirit of tolerance in early childhood
