"This study is motivated by the importance of instilling\r\nnoble character and the spirit of tolerance from an early age.\r\nChildren need to be introduced to these values through\r\nengaging learning media that align with their developmental\r\nstages and incorporate local cultural elements. Therefore, this\r\nresearch aims to develop the „Megafest Lupis Raksasa‟ media\r\nand examine its feasibility and effectiveness in enhancing noble\r\ncharacter and tolerance in early childhood.\r\nThis research employs the Research and Development\r\n(R&D) method using the Borg & Gall development model,\r\nwhich consists of several stages: preliminary research, planning,\r\ninitial product development, limited trials, extensive trials,\r\nrevision, and final product development. The research subjects\r\nwere early childhood students in Group A of RAM NU\r\nKarangsari Karanganyar Pekalongan. Feasibility testing was\r\nconducted through validation by material experts, media\r\nexperts, and user trials (teachers and students). Data were\r\ncollected through observations, interviews, documentation, and\r\nchild development assessment instruments, then analyzed using\r\nquantitative and qualitative descriptive techniques.\r\nThe research findings indicate that the „Megafest Lupis\r\nRaksasa‟ media was developed based on a needs analysis and\r\nhas been proven to be engaging and suitable for early childhood\r\ndevelopment. This media integrates local cultural elements\r\nthrough games that encourage sharing, cooperation, and\r\nresponsibility among children. The validation results from\r\nmaterial experts, media experts, and users confirm that this\r\nmedia is highly feasible for use. The material expert evaluation\r\nresulted in a score of 38 (95%) in the “Excellent” category, the\r\nmedia expert evaluation resulted in a score of 37 (92.5%), and\r\nthe user validation (PAUD teachers) achieved a score of 39\r\n(97.5%), indicating that the media is effective in supporting\r\nmoral and tolerance education for children. The effectiveness\r\ntest demonstrated a significant improvement in children's\r\ncharacter development. In a limited trial with 7 children, the\r\nresults for the self-awareness and cooperation aspects showed\r\nthat 3 children developed as expected (BSH) and 4 children\r\ndeveloped very well (BSB). In the extensive trial with 14\r\nchildren, the results for self-awareness and cooperation showed\r\nthat 4 children developed as expected (BSH) and 10 children\r\ndeveloped very well (BSB).\r\nBased on these results, it can be concluded that the\r\n„Megafest Lupis Raksasa‟ media is effective and feasible for\r\nuse as a local culture-based learning medium to instill noble\r\ncharacter and the spirit of tolerance in early childhood"^^ .
