        abstract = {Queueing is an important part of service systems, especially in the retail sector. This study analyzes the queueing system on the second floor of Manna Kampus C. Simanjuntak Yogyakarta using a Multi Channel Single Phase model with a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through direct observation over four days during peak hours, then tested for distribution using SPSS and analyzed for performance using QSB+ and POM QM software. The results show that the optimal number of cashiers varies weekly, with the highest need being 6 cashiers in the first week (}
